1.What if I forgot my login password?

Click on “Forget Password” at the bottom of the login account page, select the email or mobile number and follow the prompts to complete the corresponding operation.

 

2.What if I forgot my trading password?

Log in allcoin account, and click below by sequence: [My Account] - [Password Modification] - [Modify Trading Password] - [Forget Trading Password], and modify trading password accordingly.

 

3.How to modify the added phone number?

Send your [ID, new phone number, original phone number, ID card with both sides, and the photo with ID card held in hand] to BCEX customer service email of service@allcoin.ca with your BCEX registration email. This will be handled in 24 hours generally. Please wait patiently.

4.Can I modify the email/name/ID number to which the account is added?

In principle, the account information does not allow any modification. However, if there is an error in the added email/name/ID number, you can apply for a change. If you want to modify, send your [ID, new phone number, original phone number, ID card with both sides, and the photo with ID card held in hand] to BCEX customer service email of service@allcoin.ca with your BCEX registration email. This will be handled in 3 working days. Please wait patiently.
